Butternut soup recipe
2 Chopped onions
Melt butter
Cook onions
Add 1 big butternut or 2 small ones chopped up
Toss with the onions
Add 1 tablespoon of flower and toss
1 Teaspoon of curry powder
Salt and pepper
1 ½ cubes of vegetable stock
3 cups of water
2 ½ cups of milk
Grate rind of 1 orange
Squeeze juice over
1 Teaspoon of sugar
½ Teaspoon of nutmeg
Cook until soft
Liquidize until smooth
