Vegan Lock-Down Lentil Kebabs
I am not Vegan but we try and eat a vegetarian diet as much as possible. I am trying to make as many dishes possible with ginger at the moment, to keep our immune systems strong. These kebabs are quiet spicy so if you don’t like spicy food, this is not for you.
Grate a carrot, a potato and a cup of cabbage and mince an onion.
Fry with salt and make sure all the moisture is out.
Liquidize 2,5 cups of lentils, an inch of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, a hand full of coriander.
½ Cup of almond flour – or I guess any type of flower will be fine
½ Teaspoon of Garam Masala
½ Teaspoon of cayenne pepper
¼ De-seeded chilli
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
Then mix this with the vegetables
Oil your hands and then roll into kebabs
Fry in shallow oil
