If you don’t have the self-discipline to train on your own or you have an injury which makes you fearful of doing the YouTube exercises, then I can recommend that you contact Daniel. He can do video training with you, wherever you are in the world. Drop him a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or send him a whatsapp on +27 83 967 9115. He is offering a Lock Down special of R250 per hour.
