Dunkeld Village is situated opposite Camps Bay Primary School and walking distance to Camps Bay beach and the Village.

The townhouse has two levels and an L-shaped garden with a lemon tree full of lemons. There is a plunge pool but it is not heated so not really usable in winter. There is a large outdoor dining table with seating for 6. Weber bbq available.

There is air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom and oil-fin heaters in the other two bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, en suite and small balcony and a partial view of the ocean.

The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom and each have two single beds.

The downstairs area has a large dining room table, open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

Off-street parking and a double garage.
