Cheese cake recipe
Make a biscuit base with:
2x boxes Digestive biscuits, Romany creams, or choc nuts crumbed and mix with 120g melted butter Press into base of springform tin
Filling:
3 eggs, 2/3 cup castor sugar – whisk
Add 2x tubs cream cheese and 2x 250ml cream Blend till smooth(ish) and pour into tin on top of base Bake at 180 for 35-45 minutes Cool to room temp and eat (will still be a bit runny in the middle) or ideally refrigerate overnight Top with berries if you like – can be fresh or cooked with a little sugar
