Marataba Safari Lodge, a luxury game lodge situated in the Marakele National Park in Limpopo Province in the Waterberg Mountains. Only a three hour drive from Johannesburg and Oliver Tambo Airport. The reserve is malaria-free and is a 23000 hectare private concession.

Contrasting mountain landscapes, grass-clad hills and deep valleys characterize this spectacular reserve. Rare finds of yellowwood and cedar trees, 5m high cycads and tree ferns are some of the plant species you will find. This is the perfect park to view the Big 5. There is an amazing variety of birds (including the largest colony of endangered Cape vultures in the world, with more than 800 breeding pairs) have settled in the Marakele National Park.
