Can I check in yet?

We know you’re exhausted from travelling and that’s why we let you check in as soon as the property is ready. Of course we can’t give you the house or apartment while it is still occupied by the previous guest, but everything is usually ready by 2pm.

If you would like to guarantee an early arrival, we will book the property off the night before and there will be an early arrival fee of 50% of the daily rate.  If you wish not to pay the early arrival fee, you can take a chance to see if the villa or apartment is available earlier on the day of your arrival.  Please note that during season we often have back-to-back bookings.

When do I have to leave?

We wouldn’t dream of forcing you to leave, but if you’ll be traveling on we ask you to check out by 10am to make room for incoming guests.

If you would like to guarantee a late departure, we will book the property off for the following night and there will be a late departure fee of 50% of the daily rate.  If you wish not to pay the late departure fee, you can take a chance to see if the villa or apartment is available on the day of your departure.

What does the rate include?

The rate includes taxes but excludes guest laundry, telephone calls, the internet usage over 1 gig and airport transfers.  A 4% credit card surcharge is levied on credit card payments at Balfour Place, Bali Place and Dunkeld Village.

How can I pay?

Is there Internet access?

Yes! There is free wireless internet at Lion's View, Ebb Tide, Balfour Place and Dunkeld Village. We include 1 gig free.

What is your smoking policy?

All our properties are fully non-smoking establishments. If you need to smoke you can do so outside or on the terrace.

Can I have a towel?

• Beach and bath towels are provided.
• Washing towels consume vast quantities of water and washing powders pollute. Please help us by deciding the following: If you want your towels washed: leave it on the floor. If you want to use it again: Hang it on the rail.

Can you come pick me up at the airport?

We can arrange an airport transfer in a mini bus at an additional charge. The transfer company will meet you on arrival with a "Welcome Board" at the airport. Just send us an email with the following information: Your name, Number of passengers, Arrival date and time, Airline, Flight number, Flight origin, and Mobile phone number. We will confirm your request with the driver and send you a confirmation email. Airport transfers should be booked 24 hours in advance.
