This 5 star graded, luxurious villa in Camps Bay - Lion's View offers lavish accommodation and can be separated into two independent sections if required: the main house has 5 double bedrooms and the penthouse apartment has 2 double bedrooms. Therefore it is possible to rent a 7 bedroom self-catering villa - which is quite a rare find in Camps Bay. An immaculate garden surrounds the infinity pool and patios of the main house. The interior of the villa is cool, light and airy with the cleanest of lines. Lion's View is situated within walking distance from Camps Bay Beach and Camps Bay Village.

ARRIVING FROM THE AIRPORT/N1/N2

  • Exit Airport – Direction N2 Cape Town
  • Follow N2 Stad/City signs
  • Approx.8.5km: Industrial Cyclos on the right.
  • 13.4 km: M3 Muizenberg, Rhodes Drive turn off is on the Left.
  • 14.1 km: Groote Schuur Hospital on right.  Stay in the middle of the lane and follow N2 City, Foreshore, Seapoint signs
  • 17.8 km: Herzog Blvd, Paarl, City/Stad, N1 turn off to the left.
  • Continue on M6 to waterfront
  • 19.5 km: Traffic light. Coen Steytler Avenue. Waterfront turn off is to the right.
  • Continue in direction of Camps Bay/ Cableway, M62
  • The road becomes Kloofnek Road
  • At the top of the mountain, at the circle, continue on towards Camps Bay.
  • Follow Camps Bay Drive down the mountain towards the beach
  • Continue straight at the stop sign (Houghton Avenue is on your left)
  • Turn right into First Crescent a few meters away – the first street to the right
  • Turn left into First Crescent.  No 4 First Crescent is near the end of the cul de sac on the left.
  • Buzz the Office buzzer on arrival.
